Perfect hotel! Great price, location, and superb customer service. They hold the record for the fastest and most efficient front desk staff I have ever encountered. Professional but very friendly. They also have a cute sundry shop in the lobby that keeps regular hours and sells lots of goodies. Suria Mall is across the street, where you can shop 'til you drop.

I have stayed at the Gaya Centre Hotel every year since 2012. Comfortable rooms with wifi, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, cable TV and ducted aircon. The staff are friendly and helpful. The best thing though is the buffet breakfast.

I was staying there for five days and it's really gave me the best service!!! Every staff were really nice and helpful~ I really miss that Long Island it's the best I have drunk before! If you go there please remember to reserve a Long Island from the male bartender :p and the fire Lamborghini !!! It's definitely an unforgettable memory for me. Destination is pretty good too it's convenient to go everywhere and room is big! High recommendation!
